by: Clyde Lee Dennis

Christina Aguilera is the latest Pop CD released by the extremely talented Christina Aguilera who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. I’m confident Christina Aguilera fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one.Christina Aguilera literally grabs your attention right from the very beginning with Genie In A Bottle and won’t let go until the very last note of the very last song Obvious, which by the way is another great track.Pop music fans will recognize some of the well known guests that have been assembled to play along with Aguilera on several of the tracks. Artists like Micheal Thompson and Tim Pierce just to name a couple.Overall Christina Aguilera is an outstanding release. Quite possibly Christina Aguilera's best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you're even mildly into Pop music you'll enjoy this album. While this entire album is really very good some of my favorites are track 2 - What A Girl Wants, track 9 - When You Put Your Hands On Me, and track 12 - ObviousMy Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Genie In A Bottle. Her workout regime obviously consists of heavy cardio due to her dancing (it is estimated that performers burn 2000-4000 calories per night when touring). There are rumors flying that she is following a new freaky diet based on the color and texture of the food. She has to have four contrasting colors of food, hot, cold, crunchy and soft. All prepared by her personal chef. We know she's going to drop that baby weight incredibly quickly and when she does, we are going to be the first website posting about how she did it. So stay tuned ladies! What Does Christina Aguilera Eat?An example of the food color/texture diet meal would be:Red Capsicum Raw (Crunchy/Cold), Broccoli Steamed (Soft/Hot) Scrambled Eggs (Soft/Hot) Raw Carrot Sticks (Cold/ Crunchy)Notice how the foods are all bold and contrasting colors, unhealthy foods such as chips, hamburgers, french fries etc would not be allowed on the diet because they are not bold colors. The diet weeds out unhealthy foods and concentrates on only eating healthy nourishing foods. How Does Christina Aguilera Work Out?The star is rumored to be a fan of the 'stiletto workout'. She wears stilettos and does aerobic style dance workouts in her heels to maintain her thin sexy body. She also has long grueling dance lessons for her tours and spends a lot of time practicing her routines. If you would like more information on Christina Aguilera's diet and workout regime, then you can visit http://www.celebrity-diets.org/ or if you would like more information on what other celebrities are eating OR not eating for that matter then Click HereEverybody knows Christina Aguilera, as she is star singer in music industry.
